I've been trying to change my gamertag for 3 days now and I keep getting the same message saying there is something wrong with the xbox service but I doubt that's the problem. The error code it gives me is: 8013AB07. It means that I don't have sufficient funds but I do. I contacted support and they said that my account is locked but it's not and I'm completely sure. Can anyone help? thanks.

If they say its locked , its because you tried buying something in the past and the payment hasn't went trough yet. Get the thing that needs to be paid off , paid off then you can purchase a new gamertag.
