Yes in some way I think world war 3 would start. I think what would trigger it is the conflict going on in Russia and the Ukraine.

Hopefully WW3 will never happen, if it does, it'll be a war fought with nuclear weapons and that would be dangerous. There's a good quote regarding this:

I'm sorry but you can't just say "It probably will" as it's just not that simple.

First of all Russia wouldn't want to have a war against Europe and USA, as that would just be plain stupid. The UK has some of the most advanced weaponry in the world, and probably the most advanced, powerful Destroyers in the world ( The Type 45 ) it can practically destroy 1000's of missiles before they even get within 200 miles of the ship, it can also detect and destroy a submarine before the sub even knew it was there. We have a Class Vanguard sub that houses quite a few nukes on board, and that sub is practically a ninja as only the captain and crew on board knows of it's location (unless given instruction). Of course there's the military power in numbers of the USA and there nukes, not to mention the rest of Europe.

The Russia would cause a lot of damage with the shear number of nukes they possess, how ever there is enough missile defence systems around Europe and Russia know this.

The other implications are of course the finances they receive from sales of gas to Europe, which is vast. Also weapon's and technology Russia receive from the UK.

It also works the other way round. Most of Europe rely on Russia for shell gas and oil

So as you can see it's no really just as simple as "There's a conflict between 2 eastern European countries, and the west aren't happy, this must mean WW3". There's much, much more to it then that, mainly money. But also no ones stupid enough to start a war with each other as there wouldn't be much point, everyones dead at the point.

Hurry up and have this war.. all im hearing is "america and war" Just go to war.. and prove your the best. As what im told about kids on xbox these days.

The USA has the most advanced weapons, but thats none of my business. We have had space jets since the 70s. Are military technology doesn't reach media for 30+ years. EU probably has some high tech shit too, but can't touch the USA. MERICA

USA get's 38% of there weaponry technology from UK and EU in partnership with the alliance treaty. Trust me even Israel has more advanced weaponry then USA....

By the year 2020 World War 3 will have already happened or will be happening . Just my opinion

If world war 3 happened, you can wave goodbye to our beautiful planet. Almost every country has access to a nuke and ww3 would mean that every single one of those guys would launch them and kill 99%, if not 100%, of the earths population.

I don't think there will be 3rd World War, I think that this war will stay in the countrys that are already in War, also people are ''smarter'' now than 60 years ago.
