I have a spare Xbox 360 and I have everything taken apart.
The plastic thing is gone
disc reader is able to hot swap
fan is removed
motherboard is free (not in the metal thing)
I believe it is on the previous dashboard because the last time I used it was in may.

EDIT: It is a falcon motherboard.

If you have no experience soldering I recommend you send it in to a trusted seller in the marketplace to do it... I also do it for cheap, but that's up to you.

Anyways, find out the actual dash number. There's 4 different exploits you could do, and they all depend on what dashboard you're on.
