So every time i boot my rgh and launch the default_mp.xex for mw2. it says I'm not the host when I'm the one hosting th iKonroi v5 Patch.. if you could help me it would be good! thanks

Start the game by yourself to get guaranteed host, and don't change your gamertag before the game starts. After you start the game and you know you're host, invite other people.
