Here's a video I used when I first started Skyrim.




Enchanting/Alchemy really helps you level up every skill.


Enchanting

Adding enchantments to armor allows for you to easily cast spells that cost 0 magicka, which allows you to level up each school of magic extremely fast.



Alchemy

Alchemy allows you to make potions that increase the effects of different skills.

Using loads of iron ingots and getting smithing to 100 is good for a couple of levels, plus at the end you could make some sweet armour.

They patched that, although you could delete the patch and do it.
