I feel like doing Sub4Sub on your youtube channel is very.. well, pointless...
I feel like it doesn't really help out your channel and actually makes it look worse in a kind of way and here's why
When you do Sub4Sub yeah you are increasing your subscribers but they are only subbing to you to get a sub back, in all reality they mostly aren't going to watch your videos so you are going to have all these subscribers and no views to show for it...
I feel like posting one of your actual videos is a better idea then doing sub4sub because then the people that subscribe to you actually like and appreciate your content and sure the numbers will go up slower but it would be much more successful in the long run.
Just my opinion, let me know yours!
