This stupid achievement is the last one I need for the game, but apparently I'm terrible at it and I beat the dude in the bottom south, then I am stuck on like level 9 in the city. The thing is, I know that the guy in Pawnee is even harder and if I even manage to beat the city dude, I don't know how I'll beat the hillbilly.

I assume there isn't, but does anyone have an idea, trick, tip, glitch, or what-not to potentially get through this. I find it utterly stupid and time consuming and that is why I am seeking out the help of the internet.
