I have a corrupted player and I don't know how to get my vc or player back

This happened to me and I never managed to get the save to work again so I ended up deleting it and started a new MyPlayer.
I am not sure what platform you are on but I haven't found a fix for the Xbox One or the Xbox 360.
I did however find a fix for the PS4 that seemed to work for a few people.
On the home screen go to Settings > System Storage and Management > Application Saved Data > Saved Data in system storage > Delete
Another thing people have tried is contacting the 2K support team and they might give you a certain amount of VC.
