JTAG Game loading Issue

I have my JTAG online but it wont let me copy my disc to my hdd. And if I try to just play off the disc that wont work either.

The disc may be scratched. Try using a different one.

go to xex menu
create folder with game name
press X then go down to COPYDVD
make sure theres no game in the console when you do that.
it should pop open disc tray
insert the game you want to copy
then MANUALLY push tray in and wait 5-10 seconds til you hear the game start spinning then click confirm and it should start downloading.
make sure you have enough memory on HDD to download it.
create folder with game name
press X then go down to COPYDVD
make sure theres no game in the console when you do that.
