There is no 't-shirt design software' you need to produce designs on PS / AI that are big enough to print and high enough quality.

Also then mocking them up onto tee's is always a good preview step.

I have to say that I like Custom t-shirt designing tool, it is very easy to use. I have been using these tool since it first came out. I also have adobe photoshop, and I use a lot with doing cool things with photos. But I prefer the Custom t- shirt designer tool.
