Does any one now of any modding tools to mod mw3 online without a jtag if please let me now thanks

To mod Mw3 or any other game (Besides WaW and Cod 4) you would need a RGH or a JTag. Any files saying that you can Mod MW3 without a JTAG are probably just Viruses

agreed just build a jtag or buy one all programs that say or said to be used without needing a jtag are viruses prob so watch out

Yeah agree wit both of them dont attempt it bro I use horizon for some mods cause its fun other then that im tryin to buy an RGH
