Text Tut Step
1) Go online
Step 2) Go jobs
Step 3) Host job
Step 4) Rockstar created
Step 5) Races
Step 6) Click Criminal Records and it should ask you if you want to or exit but first set your your level lag to medium (I have really slow internet so you might want to change the level)
Step 7) Use all of the default settings and the word record shouldn't be set.
Step 8) Once the race begins and you can see the world record isn't set, you can turn the lag switch off until the next race.

Lag switch does nothing at all. I've ran multiple at insane and nothing...any idea what I can do?

Your connection might be too strong
My connection isn't good at all. I get no lag what so ever. I ran at least 30 at insane at once with net tools and another random lag switch at the same time. It has to be something with my computer or router.
