Step 1: Go to dashboard and sign out of all profiles.
Step 2: Load GTA, cancel all sign in pop-ups.
Step 3: When first mission loads press start as fast as possible when Trevor throws the women on the ground.
Step 4: Go to online and sign in.
Step 5: Go to a INVITE ONLY SESSION!
Step 6: Fill garage full of Elegy's.
Step 7: Go to Los Santo's Customs
Step 8: Sell and Repeat steps 6-8.
Step 9: Let the money flow.

(You make $57,000 each time you sell with NO DAMAGE!)
Don't modify the elegy it messed it up, and only use Elegy's.
When you get $230k buy "The Royale, Apt. 19" Makes it 10x FASTER!
