1. Withdraw money to your second character until your bank balance is around (but not lower than) $185K

2. Go back to first character.

3. Make an Ifruit order that costs more than 185k (or your bank balance) and send it, when you get there conformation text in game, go to LSC in the car you made an order for.

4. Hover over the option to purchase the order, press start and then right after, press X (or, if you're on xbox: A)

5. Press X/A to confirm going to the PlayStation store/ whatever XBOX store is called

6. You should be on the pause menu, go to online>leave Gta online, and spam X/A when the orange circle pops up. (this may take a couple attempts to get right)

7. Let the store load, exit it.

8. Turn a lagswitch on while the gamestore loads, stop the lagswitch before you fully in "single player" (I keep it on until the Michael cutscene starts) pull up your phone, go to warstock, go to cargobob, and buy It when your online money pops up in the top right. (it will cost $185K in online money)

9. Now you have the cargobob!
