For the criminal records lag glitch can you get banned?
I have got banned on xbox live 2 times and I think the 3rd time is a perm ban !

When doing any kind of glitch/exploit so if your going to do it be careful I have done it and not been banned though. But there is a low chance of being banned for this but theres still a chance.

You wont get banned for doing the RP glitch
At most you'll get reset back to the level you were before you glitched your RP
Rockstar very rarely ban for RP/Money glitches
