ADC Lucian He is the most dominate ADC in the current patches and also has a longer AA range than Vayne.
Support Nami gives your ADC more farming time in lane and can bully with her bubbles.
Top Shyvana I would have said Fiora but see is a champion that you would have to know %100 what your doing.
Jungle, Hecarim He's broken ATM.
Mid Syndra imo best Mid AP champion if you can farm well you should be fine.

I would say get....

Support - Leona
Top - Shyvana
Jungle - Hecarim
Mid - Swain

ADC-Vayne She Is Really Good In The Late Game. But Might Take A While To Get Used To.
Support-Leona She Is A Really Good Tanky Support That Can Make Plays And Always Benefit Any Team Comp
Top-Fiora Shes Just OP
Jungle-Hecarim He Is A Good Mobile Jungler That Can Carry If Played Right
Mid-Syndra She Can Carry Like No Other. She Is Just A Great All Around Mid Lane Mage.

ADC - I prefer Vayne because of her late-game but Lucian is probably the better choice. He's OP.

Support - I like Leona because if she's aggressive early game (and the player actually knows how to use her properly), you will most likely win your lane.

Top - Fiora. OP when learnt. Enough said.

Jungle - Hecarim because he's mobile and pretty broken at the moment.

Mid - Syndra. OP when learnt. Enough said.
