I have 100mbps but I am getting 20 or lower on X1. I tested a few days ago and was running 100+. I don't know what happened but all of it is terrible. Here are my stats: Ping: 100-150 (usually 50-80ms) Down: 20 or below Up: not even 1 (usually 20-25mbps) MTU: 1480 (which is normal for me) Packet Loss: 1-5% (usually is 0%) I have one of the newest Comcast routers. I have went into my router settings and opened ports. Tried restoring the router to factory defaults, nothing. I contacted Comcast and they said that they will send someone a week from now, and if you're like me, you don't spend a day off the internet. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it. Also, I am on a wired connection.

It seems like you have done everything you can. The best thing for you to do is wait until Comcast comes out and see what they say. It could also be your Wireless router which might be going bad or just needs to be reset. I would assume that's it's most likely a problem on Comcasts' end.

Have you gotten a updated router? Because some routers don't support certain speeds. I have verizon thats what they told me.
