When it comes to exploited consoles, if there's a will, there's a way.

Of course it can be modded.

Not without knowing the offsets and how to code though.

Since it's not a popular game, you won't see public releases for it. If you really want to mod it either learn how to on your own, or ask/pay someone to make a menu/tool
