The H440 is a mid-sized tower. The full size version is the H630.

i just remembered the H440 does not come with a disc bay, is that a real issue or can i buy like a real cheap external one to upload the OS and whatnot, and also, do you have a suggestion on where to get the cracked OS?

You can use an external optical drive, or plug your optical drive into the motherboard andleave the side panel off until the OS is installed. Once your OS is installed and your good to go, turn your PC off and remove the optical drive, put the side panel back on and that's you done. Or, you could just make a bootable USB and install OS from your USB. No, I can't tell you about illegitimate copies of Windows, we're not permitted to talk about that on this site and I don't fancy a warning/ban.
