basically i have started a paper round i get 18 a week and from that i need two save 2 weeks for my phone that i'm going to pay monthly and my parents said they don't want to do it due to your paying for a phone each month and also they said say if i go over my bill like go over my monthly internet access i would have to pay more and they said if i go over they would have to pay for i. could someone help me please?

Tell them that you'll take responsibility for the extra charges if you go over your contract. If you're willing to pay per month and you've chosen the contract, you shouldn't be having to pay because of extra charges because you chose the plan. Make sure the plan is exactly how you want it before you start your contract.
