Zag wrote It's sounding so good! also the levers look really good, I didn't know you could get levers that would extend

I rode past a Grom for the first time today and it got me thinking, why do those indicator lights stay illuminated? or is it just a safety feature

Indicator light stay illuminated when the ignition is turned on. The moment your start the bike they stay on and the headlight comes on also

Never seen that before and i've had a CBF, XR and CBR lol. All of mine have had the headlight but indicators must be only the Grom, looks cool

So is that for making the bike more visible I guess for safety? And when you actually indicate, one of them must turn off or some magical shiz

I think its for safety, my dealer said when i bought the bike that indicators for newer bike will start to have this feature but haven't seen anything else about this since he said that.. probably lying lol

Finally managed to get round to making these videos..
Scottish weather has been completely crap for the past 2 weeks,
Weather was dry but extremely windy, so sorry for the wind noise lol

Just a small update for this year so far..

Basically winter had killed my chain even after the constant cleaning, lubing and adjusting it.
Road salt is the worst enemy

I have no pictures before the new chain was fitted but think of it as really slack and the adjusters at the very end.

These 2 pictures from last week sorta show how bad it was:

Then this is the new chain and sprockets, hoping these ones last longer than the previous.
Excuse the mess, didnt manage to clean it yesterday after the fitting

I'm hoping this will be the 2nd last thing that will be bought, 1st being the long awaited tail tidy lol

Other than that, all my money is going towards my bigger license for a bigger and faster bike.

If I could afford to keep both I would, but the Grom would make a nice deposit to the MT-07
