Is there a black ops 2 zombie mod tool where you can just enter the IP address from you xbox into a mod tool for like god mode or 1 million points or is there any usb mods Please message me on skype. or if you could mod me on zombies thank be fine

There is no known tool that lets you do that. You would need an RGH/J-TAG in order to mod call of duty black ops 2. Any tools similar like the one you have described are called XRPC, JRPC, or RTE tools. All of these require plugins in dash launch to work- Dashlaunch is only on RGH/JTAGs and cannot be put on a retail Console
