So I was on newegg looking for some new fans that could go into my pc, but I needed to know which would be the better choice.
So far, I'm looking at these two fans

These are the stats for them
Phanteks
RPM: 1200 +/- 250 rpm
Airflow: 82.1 CFM
Noise Level: 19 dB (A)
Bearing Type: UFB (Updraft Floating Balance)
Corsair
RPM: 1200 RPM
Airflow: 66.4 CFM
Noise Level: 25.5 dBA
Bearing Type: Sleeve
I was asking because just from looking at it, it looks like to me that the Phanteks have pretty much the same RPM, with more airflow and a lower noise level. I'm not huge into fans so please tell me if I'm looking at this data wrong. Plus the corsair is supposed to be a quiet edition when its noise level looks higher that the Phanteks. I dont know if the bearing type makes a huge difference but thank you too anyone that can help me figure this out

For 140mm fans, I don't think there is anything better for the price than the Phanteks models.
Will you be using PWM? PWM models are a few dollars more.
How many will you buy? It may be cheaper to get an LED strip instead of LED models.
What case are they going in? They make 140mm fans that have 120mm mounts, so those may be the better choice.
