1. Press the Guide button on your controller, select Settings, and select System Settings.
2. Select Network Settings.
3. Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network when the network list is displayed.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
4. Select Configure Network.
5. On the Additional Settings tab, select Restore to Factory Defaults. When prompted, select Yes, Restore to Factory Defaults.

Note : This resets the console's network settings only, and not other settings.
6. Turn off your console.
7. Turn on your console.
Wireless only: You will receive a message to configure wireless settings. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your wireless network.
Now test your Xbox Live connection:
1. Press the Guide button on your controller, then select Settings, select System Settings, and select Network Settings.]
2. Select the name of your Wireless Network, or select Wired Network for a wired connection.
3. Select Test Xbox Live Connection.
If this solution worked, your console will connect to Xbox Live:

Note :If you are prompted to update your console software, select Yes.
If this worked for you, don't forget to say thanks !

good i had strict nat type but too lazy to search on how to fix it thnk you so much

Port forwarding is also useful,
that's what I did to make my NAT go from Strict to Open on my Xbox One

In Ireland, I cannot do that, my network service provider has to do that :/

I just unplug my modem and plug it back in. Always changes my ip and gives me an open NAT

i know but for some reason mine was stuck on strict (i dont have bad internet) so I figured if I have this problem I cant be the only one, so I posted it here

Sometimes i just have to open the xbox 3074 port. That works better for fixing the strict nat type, and it's much easier.
