NB: ALL PRICES ARE IN GBP
Hi guys, building my first PC in 2 weeks and was looking for some advice on parts.
Before i go into the parts, i want to say this build is a gaming build (Capable of running most games on Highest settings 1080p with high steady FPS between 30-60), but will also be used for general use, not strictly gaming, that is if that makes any difference.
I was looking to overclock the CPU and maybe the GPU at a later date, that is why no additional fans are included, i was planning on just upgrading the fans when i was planning to overclock as right now i would like to make the most out of my budget.
Ok here goes, i have a budget of roughly 800, i need a monitor, plus a mouse and keyboard (I have not yet decided on these), the budget is inclusive of these accessories, however i am prepared to go to 850 if necessary.
Worrying about the actual build first, here is what i have so far:

CPU: I5-4690k, I am looking to overclock this at a later date as i do not want to spend extra on fans at this point.
GPU: Sapphire Raedon R9 280X
RAM:G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
HDD: Seagate baracuda 2TB
PSU:Corsair RM 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
I am having trouble deciding on a MOBO and a case, could anyone make any suggestions for a MOBO and case? USB 3.0 is a must for the front of the case, I would also highly prefer a Sleek Black case.
Also, if anyone has any suggestions about the current components, please say.
As a monitor and a mouse and keyboard is also needed it would be good to have some suggestions, keeping in mind im on a rough 800 budget, i could go slightly higher if needed.
Thanks guys, i have been researching for a few weeks a bit at a time, but today i decided i was going to sit down and pick out my parts, but it is just SO overwhelming with the amount of choice.

I would get that, has a great CPU cooler and an SSD within the budget. Also has a brilliant case that fits the aesthetics that you want.
Thanks for the reply, but thats a bit much as i said in the first post that i also needed a monitor and M&K, So really, im thinking a 700GBP budget for the actual system?

Seems like a solid build, quick questions about it though.
Do you think this PSU is an adequate choice? just curious as i have heard never to skimp on the PSU as you run the risk of failure and destroying all components.
Next, Could you recommend another MOBO? Purely for the reason i would really like HDMI as well as DVI, purely for the fact i would like to hook up my PC to my TV for movies.
Also, if i buy an aftermarket CPU cooler in the futre, will i be able to overclock properly?
Sorry for this BTW

Mobo is fine, the GPU has DVI and HDMI outputs on the back and the mobo is also a decent overclocker for when you add a good cooler.
XFX make some of the best PSU's around, the 550W unit is great. They use the same components that Seasonic PSU's use.

When you spend money on cases like that it wouldn't be a problem to add a large air cooler or watercooler to overclock.
Also those XFX units use the exact same circuitry as the Seasonic M12II boxes.

Ok thanks guys, i thought that you connected monitors etc to the MOBO output, i have never actually used a pc with a standalone GPU so i was a bit misinformed there, so you connect the GPU to the monitor/tv and not the MOBO?

You connect the monitor to the outputs on the GPU, normally having a GPU will disable on board graphics so plugging it into the motherboard won't work anyway.
