put the plastic pit on the heatsinks again so that the warm air can flow through the fans !
if your console boot's up with 3 red rings then stop the fans until the RROD goes to 2 and unplu power cord from back for about 10 mins.
place the plastic cover back on the heatsink's and also add a mini fan that you can use to cool down the CPU key.

first open it all up then replace the thermal paste then add bolts with washers then youll be fine
