Yes it is true i didnt believe it until i saw it i was playing wager matches one second and the other second i am disconnected from xbox live i said WTF and a update came up and i wanted to see if they allowed quick scoping and me and my friend tested it out and its 500 times easier to quickscope using variable scope and my friend is currently making a video of it. Another thing i have noticed was that they allowed it so when your in the lobby the bottom right shows you your party privacy and your nat type =]

Yeh i can confirm this. I tested it on some bots and also a wall. The bullets dont go random places lol but as the dude said before it still has the sway which is no prob for me.
