Lol. Honestly, that's a really good internet speed. In what world is 18.21Mpbs down/1.13 Mbps up bad? South Korea? In actuality, your download speed is 8 Mbps higher than the average in the US, [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] .
Don't waste your money and upgrade your internet package, your current one is fine. Also, according to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] , a ping below 50ms is excellent.
You'll be fine, just use an ethernet connection or get a better router.
