I've been doing this for like an hour or two and I've already got 20 more race wins... so it's pretty easy.

Here's what you do:

1. Start up criminal records
2. Make it a gta race (for speed boosts)
3. Put rainy weather on (some people slide off the track)
4. Take off custom cars, catchup, and slipstream
5. Start up the race

Once you're in the race all you're gonna do is wait for the GO to pop up then hit the R2 button (PS3) to go so you get a little extra acceleration. Then, your goal is to hit all the speed boosts and click R3 to use them. So you're going to do about a 25 second lap with all those boosts, and everyone else's laps will be about 30-32 secs. If any cars pass you or you're behind, you can just pull out your micro smg and shoot their tires so they spin out and you can pass them. This is why we took off custom cars ;) Happy racing!
