So I try playing clash of clans at school and they blocked it is there any way I can get around that using cydia?

Just head into the app store and install "VPN One Click". That will allow you to use Twitter, Facebook, and all that on the school's wifi.

Here's a subscription code to get unlimited usage: 6O1H7F7P7T

To activate the subscription code, just download the app, then click the 'Downloads' button in the bottom corner of the app and enter the code.
It will download and install a profile onto your iDevice.

Enjoy.
