so when i turn it on all i see is red light and a flashing green light. its just a black screen and i would wait several minutes but it still wont boot any help?
ajd also when i try to connect a controller the flashing green light goes away.

You probably had a bad flash. if you can boot into Xell you can reflash your NAND through Xell and that should fix it.
