Whenever I connect online it says I need to refresh my membership how do i fix this

Just reflash orginal updflash

And swap kvs that should solve the issue

As I've heard from TheWeekendModder;
This is a KV that was extracted from a console that was sold when MS made people sign a contract, to get the Xbox for a cheap price, but had to pay for Xbox Live for 2 years. Now, when you don't pay them, they bring up this message.

Pretty much, the KV is useless. You should treat it as a banned one.
