Not sure if it does a server check with IAP but if you have a jailbroken device you can use tweaks like IAPStore and IAPCrazy to get purchases for free.

EDIT: It is a server-sided game so I doubt there are hacks for it.

Its a server sided game so there aren't any hacks for it, basically like there's no online hacks for CoC :-)
