I just purchased an unshared kv yesterday and when I get home today from work its banned. Why is this I haven't done anything stupid, the only thing I really do is mw2 menus with me and my friends and I know Im being careful because my last kv lasted a month on Xboxlivelogon, so what could be the problem.

It might have been sold as "unshared"but I bet money it was actually shared

Use an Online server, its the best thing you'll ever do. I did, I used XBLS for a year, realised it was getting to expensive buying time individually so I purchased Lifetime, they're amazing. If they're too dear theres servers such as XBLHammer, XeLiveHive, TeaPotLive (Wouldn't advise, they've been caught stealing your CPUKey.bin and KV.bin via their CP.) - XeModding.com (Xe Online) time starts from $10 and comes with full XOSC spoofing, BO2 Ban Bypass, Gold Spoofing and more.

Investing into Online servers is the way forward, don't use these awful Offline files. They suck.
