Sometimes it's because of the website.. they automatically give them.. Sometimes it's the program or browser your using..

If you want to get rid of Advertisements then just download Adblock.

Its not the website im 100% about that and sometimes say i clicked to go on a different page a new tab would open with a ad website.

you might have a ad virus go check your services in the Task manager there might be something related

Go to the Google Store and download Ad Block. It is completely free. Just download it and it enables itself. You can hide it also by right clicking it.
Other than that, you might have malware and need to run a scan, do not use AVG or anything like that or it might not pick it up. Just get a free anti-malware program.

To block them from being seen by you, use what Brigand said here:

1. Press Ctrl, alt, delete
2. Click on "Task Manager"
3. Click on the services tab located at the very top at the end.
4. Search for the name of the ad that keeps popping up and right click it.
5. Select stop and then refresh the page.
6. The ads should be gone.
To get rid of them completely, use what I said here:
