Currently thinking of mine it may be Code:Geass everytime I hear or see lelouch I just tear up. Literally every time. The plot and execution of this and how far ahead he planned is just amazing. Share what you think yours is if you want! Gonna do a bit more. Some moments in Naruto are very memorable to me. Dragon Ball is as well growing up with it make it hard not to be. Darker Than Black left an impression an me as well.

Clannad Afterstory, Steins Gate, Mirai Nikki and the First Arc/4 episodes of Amagami SS would probably be the most memorable for me because each of them pop into my head when i think of anime and each of them left a mark on me that changed my perspective of things which is something i never experienced with any normal movies & TV shows that are popular. (Apart from Shawshank Redemption its a god dam masterpiece!)

I hated sinister man its kinda sick i think with the people getting burned alive in the car and the girl hanging her family from a tree but it had a good story for a horror

And guilty crown! dam how could i forget... It had one of the most sad and unsatisfying endings ever out of an anime but It is one of my favorite anime and prob would be up there with steins gate if the ending had Inori & the guy together.

Plain and simple, anyone who has watched Clannad, this will take you right back:
As for really memorable series, I am not too sure myself, perhaps those with reel feels (Too many to list).
P.S. Sinister was incredibly funny
