If you connect to XBL before you use XBLogon you'll be instantly banned, so no.

I DIDNT FLASH MY NAND AND PUT THE KV IN THE FOLDER AND CONNECT TO XBL BEFORE I BOOTED AND ITS STILL NOT BANNED SO SHOULD I TRY AGAIN

sorry i didnt flash my kv i put it in the folder like your supost to and connect to xbl before i rebooted and then i checked kv and still not banned so what should i do

every tool you download usually has an xrpc rpc in it ust youtube or google it

Okay so you placed the KV in the XboxLiveLogon Folder and connected to xbox live before you rebooted and you KV is not banned. That's good, assuming everything else is setup correctly you can go online.

If that is not an answer to your question i dont know what is.
