In a few months time, if I have gained a substantial amount of subscribers, I would love to be partnered.

I'm Looking for some place which is just the outright best. the two best ones i seem to have came across on here are sewer waste's (can't remember the name of the network) and TGN

If you have any other suggestions, i would consider them on my quest for partnership!

don't consider that whilst you are still so small. only concentrate on making the best quality videos you can and then you'll get noticed. it would be the wrong approach to be considering partnership when you only have 18 subs.

consider this as constructive advice, I'm not slating you or anything. good luck!

Not sure if joking or not I have just over 50 subs and no-where near getting a partnership.
