It happened to the guy when the xbox one came out he payed 800$ for a picture of an xbox one and he didnt get his money back but his local gamestop gave him one for free or something like that. Dont quote me on it but I am sure paypal dont cover virtual items

What does that guy have to do with the Xbox One guy? An Xbox One is not a virtual and it was purchased through eBay, so he got his money back.
