I need a pc build that costs around 900 pounds or lower which can run most games on highest quality for example dayz etc. I need 3 monitors a mouse and keyboard. My currency is sterling

For 900, you will be nowhere close to do triple-monitor gaming.

Just the peripherals is about a third of your budget gone, do you really need 3 monitors?

If you don't have an operating system it is gonna be like another 70-100GBP on top of the build, you didn't say whether you have one or not...

Triple 1080p isn't that hard to drive with a 290 but to do it within that budget would be very hard to achieve I'd suggest getting the monitors one at a time.

He can just save up for the extra monitors anyway so he may as well have only one included in the build now so he can get a better system.
