My old wifi adapter broke for my rgh, so I just bought a pre-used one at GameStop, when I try to go through system link I can't find it under my main xbox. It's connected through the wifi so maybe they sold me a jank wifi adapter? I forgot if I can test connection or not (I have not done it yet) can someone make me clear with a solution, thanks-Equations

My wireless adapter does the same thing. You will have to connect the two xboxs with an ethernet cable in order to connect.

But before my old wifi adapter broke, it worked. I don't understand why it's not working now.

It may just be how the adapter is. Mine doesn't work for system link but still gets me onto the internet.

Well, that's stupid. Can it be that it's one of the older adapters and my main xbox is running off the newer ones ?

It may have something to do with the age of the adapter. My adapter is one of the firsts ones and doesn't work IDK. Best bet is to just use a ethernet connecting them.

I feel dumb, but how do I do this? Do I need two cables or just run one from both?

Get a ethernet cable put one end into the retail and one into the JTAG/RGH then infect yourself. Leave on your retail and unplug the ethernet and connect with wireless or wired up to you.
