I need to buy a laptop ASAP. Strict budget, specific requirements. I'm not a tech nerd or anything but I know what I want.

- Good quad core processor (2 GHz processor speed minimum)
- At least 6GB RAM (8 would be nice)
- 750GB - 1TB HD
- Windows 8.1
- 15.6 inch screen (maybe slightly lower) Resolution not 1366 x 768, only better.
- Good dedicated graphics card
- USB ports obvs
- DVD drive (Read + write)


Budget: 350 - 400
If you can get anything better for the money then please share but i dont know the value of technology
