If you have a legitimate issue with a trusted seller in the marketplace please PM them first to try and resolve it (PM not aim,gtalk,etc). If they do not respond, please contact a staff member with your concerns, and the issue will be looked into.

Mafia has been a trusted seller on here for years now, and Im sure whatever issue you have, he will happy to help resolve it with you.
