Im not sure if I have read everything correctly but it seems to be a NAND problem. Try booting with no HDD and only a USB with a NAND extractor of your choice and XeX Menu. You may have some bad blocks. Hopefully by the time I have posted this you have fixed it though. Best of luck.

you might have some interference on the wire that goes to point D. i honestly think it might be that led strip thats laying on top of point d causing you some type of interference,but thats just a wild guess.
