Edit: I haven't opened the tool yet so I am not sure if it is in there but you might want to add a Probation Time bypass just if you have to leave a not if you can't get host or something.

The download may be missing a .dll file or your firewall/virus program is blocking it. Try disabling them and see if it works then. If so that is your problem it is most likely because the tool needs access to outgoing network connections i believe. Something like that having to do with network firewall stuff.

lol hahahahaha i found out what it was i forgot i went and did a factory reset a day ago and i had nothin try downloading netframwork again it works now
