For me it would be:

Deadman Wonderland (i could only think of Katara's bloodbending)
Fairy Tail (hilarious. long watch. pretty neat characters.)
Death Note (this is really a good one but I'm pretty sure you've seen it)
Neon Genesis Evangelion (need i say more?)
One Piece (i am just kinda wondering when will One Piece end? not that i have anything against it, just thinking)
