When you are partnered with a network they monotize your videos so you can get payed monthly through paypal. you get payed about 2 dollars per 1000 views, but this rises the bigger your channel becomes. You can go to freedom network (google it) and apply through them. they also offer free music to be used in your videos and they have free designers so you can get all of your graphics for free.
