Ive got a bukkit server and i want to make
it so the armour and tools have an
unlimited amount of durability can anyone
please help me out on what to do

Assuming you have essentials, hold each piece of armor in your hand and say /enchant durability 9999
Also make sure unsafe enchants are enabled.

Ive done that but my diamond armour still breaks really fast?
