This is a huge question being asked around right now on how to use your 'Second or Third' monitor without "Alt tabbing" out of a full-screened game. Here is a full tutorial on how you are able to do this! So lets jump right into it!
Things you are going to need -
What the program is?
This program is going to allow you to be able to click on your 'Second or third' monitor while in-game but without "Alt tabbing"
Once the program is installed open it up, and go down to the "Hotkeys" tab on the left. While in the 'Hotkeys' tab make sure "Enable hotkeys" is checked. Once its checked scroll down till you see "ignore deactivation" make sure that option is checked and remember the keybind is "CTRL-SHIFT-I" (I changed mine to SHIFT-I just because I like it more)
Once your game is open on your monitor do the 'key bind' now you should be able to click on your second monitor without it closing the game! NOTE this may not work on some games. I tried on "Counter Strike: Global Offensive" and it worked but on DayZ it did not.

This is actually a really cool program. You wouldn't happen to know the program that lets you make an interactive desktop where you can put like a clock and the weather and maybe some quick links to websites? I cannot remember what the program is called.

Or put the game in border-less windows.
