Change your lifestyle and eat what you normally wouldn't (Healthy wise) and maybe you could also
do a bit of poor man working out such as sit ups,
push ups, etc. Or even apply for a GYM membership.
I done this and besides smoking cigarettes I feel
in the best shape ever.

Well, I've lost twelve pounds by cutting sugar out of my daily intake and working out at least twice a week. Took me 3 weeks to loose it. So you should loose it faster.

The by far easiest way is to throw up after you eat, then you feel sick and you dont want any food for hours. Not healthy but it sure as hell is effective.

No expect so can't advise you what to do properly but just don't do this. This leads to anerexia etc. as I said no expert but just don't fill up on snacks! Eat full meals and meet the requirements of your body even if it means losing weight slower than starving your self.

Cool man! I wish you luck in the next ten months, hope you go through with it and succeed in doing so. Since you're doing this in 10 months you have plenty of time and you will be able to achieve this goal without getting uncomfortable with the new schedule you will be taking on.
What I recommend, which has worked great for me. (i lost ten pounds in about a week) but I'm already pretty light. Is to make sure you have two meals a day no more no less and eat what you want but you want to only eat between 12am to 4am or 6am depending on how extreme you want to be. Don't have breakfast or anything at night. You can drink water any time of the day of course but remember not to have anything after you second meal. It's a hard habit to break at first but just remember why you're doing it. Diet is important in losing weight and the reason why this works so well is because there's about 16 hours between the last time you eat to the first the next day. This gives your body time to digest your food and burn fat. This in tangent with exercising in the day before you have eaten makes this technique amazingly beneficial.

It would be awesome if you could like, exchange fat to another person, like I always wanted to put on weight, but I cannot. I honestly have no idea how to lose weight other than workout/diet etc.
